A new set of perovskite-like Bi4-xNdxTi3O12 (x=0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7) oxides were synthesized by the method high-temperature solid-phase reaction at temperatures 1000 and 1050°C. X-ray diffraction study showed that these compounds are single-phase have structure Aurivillius phases (AP) family with parameters close to orthorhombic unit cell corresponding space group B2cb (41). The microstructure was studied for all obtained compositions sintered °C 1050 °C. Its analysis also crystallites similar one AP characterized a lamellar-like shape. relative permittivity ε/ε0 dielectric loss tangent tgδ measured as function temperature frequencies in range 100 kHz 1 MHz.
